Private Home Management for Busy Families
Families with children often have limited flexibility in their schedules. Work, school, appointments, activities, travel, and other commitments compete with the time required to manage the residence. At the same time, maintenance needs to be scheduled, vendors need access, repairs require follow-through, and household projects need oversight.
Private home management takes responsibility for coordinating that work. Service appointments are scheduled, vendors are given access and direction, completed work is reviewed, repairs are followed through, and recurring maintenance is kept on schedule without requiring a parent to manage each interaction.
For example: A child has a doctor's appointment in the morning and a birthday party that afternoon. An HVAC technician also needs to service the home that day, and a landscaper needs direction on work discussed earlier in the week. The home manager handles the vendors, provides access, reviews the work, and follows up on anything outstanding. The family's schedule does not have to be rearranged around the work taking place at the house.
The family can live in the home without also having to operate it.
