Private Home Management for Executives & Entrepreneurs

Executives and entrepreneurs already spend much of their time making decisions, managing people, and overseeing work. A substantial residence can create a second set of similar responsibilities: contractors need direction, vendors need coordination, projects require decisions, and maintenance issues need to be followed through.

Private home management separates the homeowner's decisions from the work required to execute them. The home manager gathers information, coordinates the appropriate people, oversees the work, and brings the homeowner in when their input or approval is actually required.

For example: A business owner has a full day of meetings when a contractor working at the residence discovers that a planned material cannot be used. The change affects another vendor and could delay the project. Rather than the homeowner leaving meetings to coordinate several contractors, the home manager works through the issue, determines the available options, and presents the homeowner with the decision that needs to be made.

The homeowner still controls the residence without having to personally manage its day-to-day operations.
